Distribution
Opifex: Worlds' material may be freely distributed by any and all means provided that:

1) The file contents are not modified.
2) No fee is charged for the files over and above the normal cost of distribution. The "normal cost of distribution" includes the fees for online services, the cost of a shareware CD-ROM and such.
3) Distributors who wish to include the files on commercial CD-ROMs, shareware collections or as printed media must request and receive permission for such distribution.
4) Distributors abide by any restrictions and conditions set by the owner(s) of the relevant games.

Translations
The material on this site can be translated into other languages provided that the distribution conditions (with the obvious exception of condition #1 in regards to the translation from English) are met.

Web Pages
The material on this site can be converted into web pages for distribution, provided that the other conditions are met.

Game Companies
This site abides by the restrictions set by the owners of the games regarding the creation and distribution of third-party matetial.

Spirit of the Law
